Scream Break at Six Flags Magic Mountain

Scream Break Returns to Six Flags Magic Mountain

by Theme Park Magazine

This spring, Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California, is set to dazzle thrill-seekers with the return of its Scream Break event. On Saturdays and Sundays from March 22 through April 13, Scream Break takes over the park, from 9 to midnight, blending the energy of Spring Break with Halloween-style haunts.

A Spring Spectacle of Nightime Screams

On weekends, Scream Break will take over Six Flags Magic Mountain which will close early on Saturdays and Sundays for the separate event.

Interim Park President Jeff Harris shared his enthusiasm for the return of Scream Break, stating, “Scream Break takes over the park, blending the energy of Spring Break with a chilling twist.” The event takes advantage of the popular scare events during Halloween, giving fans a way to experience it in spring. Scream Break transforms the park into a nocturnal playground where the undead come to life, ensuring the party continues until the stroke of midnight.

What Awaits Guests at Scream Break

  • After-Hours Access: Scream Break grants guests exclusive access to the park after normal operating hours, from 9:00 pm to midnight. The event starts with a haunted happy hour at 7:30 pm, setting the stage for a night of frights and fun.
