This year, D23, The Official Disney Fan Club, celebrates its 15th anniversary with special events, exclusive content, and unique collectibles. Some of the events/activities include:
A Special Issue of D23 Magazine
The Spring 2024 issue of D23 is bringing fans a behind-the-scenes look at some of the most exciting developments in Disney parks, including the new Zootopia land at Shanghai Disney Resort and the World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. This issue will also take readers on a nostalgic journey through Disney’s history with a look at the storybooks from classic and recent films and stories from Disney on Broadway, celebrating 30 years. D23 Gold and Charter Members will receive a special magnet as a bonus to mark the fan club’s 15th anniversary.
Exclusive Events and Celebrations
On March 10, D23 will host a special event (already sold out) at Walt Disney World® Resort, exclusively for Gold Members. The event will feature entertainment, bowling, and special merchandise at Splitsville Luxury Lanes.
On March 23, D23 Gold members will have the opportunity to buy tickets for a celebration of The Princess and the Frog’s 15th anniversary with a special screening and finale event in New Orleans, Louisiana, featuring live jazz, themed photo ops, and more.
D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim
Fans won’t want to miss the Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim this August. This event will bring together the best of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and more, with exclusive shopping, panels, and marquee shows. The celebration starts at Disneyland® Resort and includes a special day at Angel Stadium.
Exclusive Tours and Signature Events
D23 also offers exclusive tours of The Walt Disney Studios Lot in Burbank, California, giving fans a glimpse into the studio’s storied history. Members can look forward to signature events throughout the year, including previews of upcoming Disney exhibitions, movie screenings, and special access to employee-exclusive merchandise stores.
2024 Gold Member Collector Set
In honor of the anniversary, D23 is introducing the Magic & Mystery Box Collector Set for Gold Members. This set includes a Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey Mouse figurine, a mystery companion figurine, a deck of playing cards, and beautifully sculpted pins celebrating classic Disney films and stories.
Member Appreciation Month
March will be Member Appreciation Month, featuring exclusive offers, special download opportunities, and a magical sweepstakes. D23 Gold Members can also look forward to new exclusive merchandise featuring fan-favorite characters.
