What do you get when you mix a dark ride with a log ride? You get The Flintstones Bedrock River Adventure ride at Warner Bros. World in Abu Dhabi.

The Flintstones Bedrock River Adventure is an indoor log ride that opened in the summer of 2018 at Warner Bros. World. The ride is inspired by the old animated cartoon series, The Flintstones. The Flintstones had 166 episodes that ran from 1959-1965. The show spawned several spin-off series, including “The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show,” “The Flintstone Comedy Hour,” “The New Fred and Barney Show,” “The Rubbles,” and The Flintstone Kids.” There are also over a dozen TV specials and TV movies based on the series.
In 1994, Warner Bros. released the live-action Flintstones movie, “The Flintstones,” followed in 2000 with “The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.”
The premise of the ride is that you are boarding a Bedrock River Tours boat for a scenic tour of Bedrock. And as luck has it, you are taking the tour on the day of the Bedrock Stonetennial Celebration! What could possibly go wrong?
